Farm Photo Friday

I'm going to play along with Farmchick's meme on Fridays...it should be fun!

Today's photo is pretty much self explanatory:
Don't Mess With Momma Cow!!! The sweet lil' calf had scours, so Dan and My Man roped it and were doctoring it.

I wonder what exactly those two cowboys are each thinkin' as momma cow is givin' 'um the evil cow eye!?!?

    Mama's can be nasty. Had one turn on me when I got too close to the calf and almost ended up under my horse.
    Speaking of which, just look at that adorable horse!

    Ooo, that is a little close for my liking! Your men are brave!

    Although speaking of calf scours, thats what we call the paint color we ended up choosing for the walls of this place - "calf scours brown" its got that yellowish tinge to it...

    so many calves! My in-laws have 2 now. 2 down, 398 to go!
    I never can decide which ones I dislike most, the over protective mamma cows, or the one's who like to pretend they arn't mammas.
