What a gorgeous shot, lonely yet very peaceful.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the mini vacation! I got to escape for just a few seconds, and it was nice!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was little, my mom would drive us across the country from Ohio to California. It was an adventure. I would sit in the van and look out the window and imagine I was riding my horse through all the pastures and up hills and jumping over fences. This picture reminds me of that, riding my "horse" as fast as we can go. Great shot!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
ReplyDeleteLove your pictures. A landscape like none around here.
ReplyDeleteYou always have the best Wednesday shots! What a great capture of the clouds and the table top mountain.
ReplyDeleteI think I have the desire to climb that sucker!
ReplyDeleteLooks Like a mini Mt. St. Helens!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, as always!
ReplyDeleteThat's an awesome shot of the butte!
ReplyDelete(get up close and I'd bet those Rattlers are probably basking in the sun!)
Beautiful! Were you planning to make it look like a volcano, or did it just happen that way?
ReplyDeleteIt looks very serene and peaceful.
ReplyDeleteNice Butte! Does it have a name?
ReplyDeleteSorta looks like a volcano with that cloud resembling smoke.

ReplyDeleteI love it. I feel like John Wayne should be riding across the scene.
