I worked eight days in a row at the post office before Christmas, and Red was allowed to come with me! He was a very good boy...and loved to see everyone who came in!
Hi!!! I'm Red...who are you??!! |
My Man and I were laughing at his photo here and I said "Isn't there a song about that somewhere?" Well of course (just Google)...how could I have forgotten...now that I've listened to it half a dozen times, it's stuck in my head!!
Red was a very good Postman...always willing to help...
Do you need me to help you lick those stamps?!? |
And everyone thought he as the cutest...yep, he is!
The moment I saw Red I knew he was 'first class' all the way. I'm so pleased he's settled in so well with your family.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great dog! So nice to be able to take him to work with you. I bet he had fun :)
ReplyDeleteThat is great! Everyone loves man's best friend, (well almost).
ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome! I used to take my Jack Russell to work with me ... once upon a time!
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable!
I wish I could take Tess to work with me. Red looks like he fit right in, had to laugh at the lick the stamps line.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet that made your job extra fun! He's a nice dog. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling picture! He is too cute!
ReplyDeleteRed looks like a natural at the window! And definitely a lot friendlier than some of the folks I have seen at the Post Office window lately! Thanks for sharing his adventure!
ReplyDeleteI wish he worked in my post office. If it's on Netflix, you might really like Lark Rising to Candleford. It's about a post office in England at the end of the 19th century.
ReplyDeleteHe looks way better than our cranky old postmaster! :)
