Mariposa Lilly.... we had a ton on those on the desert here a while ago... they are all gone now. I love 'em.
ReplyDeleteA yelling pepper - I love it!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, that pepper IS yelling!!!
ReplyDeleteThat first picture is very good, I love the flower! One of my favorite colors! (could it be its my birthstone color?!)
ReplyDeletePeppers and lillies, very cool..:-)
ReplyDeleteThat poor little pepper looks like it's mad at you. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteThat pepper is missing a few teeth. Sure looks good, though. What'd you make with him?
ReplyDeletePretty and unusual flower, too.
~Lisa

I'm not sure what a "macro" photo is but I like them! I'm gonna take a second look at that pepper and see if it is as mean as people say!
ReplyDeleteNope - It's singing Opera - Ahhhhhhhhh!
ReplyDeleteThank you Cowgirl Rae for the name of the wild flower! I think I took the photo back in June...or early July.
ReplyDeleteWell, I sure feel like a dope...my readers are much more astute that I am. I just thought the colors were nice while I was slicing the red peppers for my roast. I never noticed the "opera-yelling, tooth-missing mouth!"
You are all too funny! Thanks for making my day!
Paula~A macro photo is taken very close up and most cameras have a "macro" setting. You should check out some of the other participants on Macro Monday who have really good cameras...they're amazing.
Those peppers sure look good!
ReplyDeleteI love your pepper shot. Nice color. I'll have to share mine soon and we have an over abundance of them this year. :):)
ReplyDeleteYumm I love red peppers, so sweet and delicious.
